Fuel Check: Before the bike is packed, always make sure the fuel tank is nearly empty. This is actually a safety rule because having fuel during transport can be risky. Just keep a very small amount, enough to move the bike if needed during loading or unloading.

Loose Parts Off: It is one of the important steps, and it is to remove all those loose or extended parts like mirrors, saddlebags, or other accessories, because these parts can easily get damaged or broken during transit, so it is better to pack them separately or bubble wrap them and keep them safely.

Chain Oil: Before the move, lubricate the bike chain properly. This actually prevents rusting or dryness, especially if the bike is going to be stored for some days before delivery. A well-oiled chain also avoids unwanted noise later.

Soft Cover Wrap: You must cover the entire bike by using those bubble wrap, foam sheets, or a proper two-wheeler cover, and this actually protects the body from dust, scratches, or minor bumps that can happen during the shifting process. Focus more on delicate parts like headlights, indicators, and the fuel tank area.

Inspection Tip: One small tip that helps a lot — always take clear photos of your bike before packing. This works as a record for insurance or in case of any claim. You can also take photos after delivery to compare and check if everything is fine.
